What started as Quality Construction Company in 1969 became Quality Heightcon Pvt. Ltd. in 2009 — a private limited company with an ISO-integrated management system covering quality, environment and occupational health & safety.

Three generations of leadership — each one expanding what QHPL does and how it does it.
Mahendra K. Shah has been the driving force behind QHPL's growth from a small civil construction partnership in 1969 to an ISO-certified private limited company with 40+ completed projects across Mumbai.
His career began in 1972 with MES defence contracts at Jabalpur, Uran and Karanja. Over five decades he has built working relationships with renowned groups including Hubtown, Mukesh Group, Kohinoor Group, Ajmera Group, Mahindra Lifespaces and Oberoi Group, alongside government clients spanning BARC, DRDO, MTNL, Air India and the American Consulate.
"Quality is never achieved by accident. It is always the result of high intention, sincere efforts, intelligent direction and skillful execution." This principle has guided every project QHPL has undertaken.
A B.Sc. graduate of Mumbai University, he served as Chairman of the Builders Association of India (Mumbai) in 2010–11, was recognised as a Paul Harris Fellow by Rotary International District 3140 in 2009–10, and is a past President of the Rotary Club of Bombay Uptown 3140.
Nishit M. Shah joined QHPL with a rare combination of technical and managerial credentials — a Diploma in Civil Engineering (2000) and a B.E. in Construction (2004) from Mumbai University, layered with a Diploma in Business Management earned the same year. That combination has been the engine behind QHPL's most significant growth phase.
As Managing Director he oversees site execution, planning and administration, and has been involved in the full spectrum of business activity from construction management through financial closures and contractual obligations.
Under his leadership, QHPL expanded its portfolio into larger, more complex structures and deepened relationships with institutional and government clients who require the kind of systematic quality management that an ISO-integrated operation provides.
Jimit M. Shah represents the third generation of QHPL's founding family in a leadership capacity — a graduate in Business Management from Mumbai University (2011) bringing a strategic and entrepreneurial perspective to a company with five decades of operational depth.
His focus spans business development, strategic planning, risk assessment and financial evaluation, with particular attention to identifying opportunities in demanding and competitive markets.
His role is to ensure the company's accumulated expertise translates into growth across new project categories and client relationships, while maintaining the standards of quality and transparency that define QHPL's reputation.
With a proven track record of safety alongside extensive construction and management experience, QHPL offers end-to-end building construction — from site preparation through structural completion and finishing works.
